I present to you a treasure-trove of tasty morsels, waiting to be unearthed from a mound of fragrant rice. The bounty here is cauliflower, browned and buttery, and beautiful sultanas, like edible topaz. Turmeric lends its Midas touch to the spice-swollen rice grains, offset by a flourish of glassy, sweet- sour pomegranate jewels. This dish is delicate by design to showcase the floral flavour of rice, in contrast to the loudness of a biryani.
