Warm and gently spiced falafel served with salad, tahini dressing, pickled veg and some chilli sauce is my go-to street food of choice – it has great flavour and texture, and it’s got plentiful goodness in there, too. Here is my take on this much-loved Middle Eastern food hero. You can absolutely eat these as they come, but I like to serve them with a lovely tahini dressing, My Favourite Green Salad and ripe tomatoes.
