Having grown up with soups from the South-West, edikaikong was a huge discovery for me. I first tried it when it was recommended by our new chef at Bogobiri, a native of Calabar, where the soup originates from. Its freshly ground and earthy taste makes it my favourite leafy soup to date. During my second pregnancy, I more or less ate it every day!
