This is one of the most loved dishes from Bogobiri House. Maybe it is because of the succulence of the yam, or even the array of flavours in the stew; whatever the case, it is also one of my favourites.

Origin: Fried to a crisp on the outside, yam chips are the African variation of Europe’s French fries. It is a light and tasty dish paired with egg stew for an all-round satisfying meal with a wholesome flavour.

The chicken that digs for food will not
