- Blend tiger nut, coconut (optional), and dates with 1½ ltrs / 50.7 fl oz of water until smooth.
- Place a sieve over a bowl. Pour blended tigernut into it.
- Squeeze to extract as much milk as possible.
- Pour milk into a jar/bottle and refrigerate.
- Serve cold.
