Ingredients

  • 4 cups tiger nut
  • 10 dates
  • 1 medium-sized coconut (optional)

Method

  1. Blend tiger nut, coconut (optional), and dates with 1½ ltrs / 50.7 fl oz of water until smooth.
  2. Place a sieve over a bowl. Pour blended tigernut into it.
  3. Squeeze to extract as much milk as possible.
  4. Pour milk into a jar/bottle and refrigerate.
  5. Serve cold.
