- 4 cups zobo (roselle or Hibiscus sabdariffa) flowers
- 2 medium-sized bulbs of fresh ginger

- Pour zobo (hibiscus) flowers into a pot with 2 ltrs / 68 fl oz of water.
- Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Add ginger, pineapple, and cloves.
- Leave to boil for 30 minutes.
- Add extra water if needed.
- Turn off heat and leave to cool completely.
- Sieve out zobo flowers.
- Pour zobo drink into a jar or preferre
