This recipe, which comes from The Savoy Cocktail Book, is a great cocktail for using gins with more unusual botanicals, like citrus or floral compo–nents, but it works perfectly fine with standard London Dry, too. Topping it with a float of Champagne wouldn’t hurt if you are serving guests at brunch, or even dinner.
