Replacing the mild ginger ale of the Summer Cup with ginger beer adds the necessary bite that’s as spicy as Barrow’s wrath. Barrow would probably drink this alone, but we suggest you share it with a friend.
Ingredients
2 fl oz 60 ml 4 fl oz 120
Method
In an ice-filled collins glass, combine the Pimm’s and ginger beer and stir to mix. Garnish with the cucumber ribbon and orange wheel. Top with the bitters.
