A member of the fizz family of mixed drinks, rickeys are made with a base spirit, fresh lime juice, and club soda and are garnished with a wedge of lime. This gin variation is the most popular drink in the fizz category, and it makes a very refreshing quaff while strolling the gardens on a hot summer day.

2 fl oz 60 ml 1 fl oz 30 ml
Method
Pour the gin and lime juice into an ice-filled collins glass. Add the club soda and stir briefly. Garnish with the lime wedge.
