This refreshing cocktail from the late nineteenth century drinks like a proto-daiquiri, with just a hint of raspberry.

2 fl oz 60 ml ½ fl oz 15
Method
Combine the rum, lime juice, raspberry syrup, and curaçao in a shaker.
Add ice, shake hard for 8–10 seconds, and strain into an old fashioned glass.
Garnish with the berries.
