A modern, easy take on ginger beer, this recipe requires minimal work and creates a flavorful drink—the perfect replacement for ginger ale. To spike a batch of ginger beer to serve bucks to your friends, add 2½ cups (600 ml) of your favorite spirit to the pitcher and stir well.
