Mince the beef with sausage meat and add garlic, parsley, pepper, salt and onions, and bread crumbs soaked in water. Add the whites of two eggs beaten to a froth. Make into Balls and roll in the beaten white of an egg, and fry, being careful not to cook too rapidly. When sufficiently browned, pile in a pyramid shape on a dish, garnish with parsley sprigs and serve.
