  • 6 Whole Tomatoes
  • A Pint of Mayonnaise Sauce
  • Lettuce or Cress
  • A Garnish of Chopped Ice

Method

Take the tomatoes whole. Lay on a bed of lettuce or cress, as indicated above. Garnish with chopped ice, and serve very cold with Mayonnaise. This is delicious and very elegant.
