  • 6 Tomatoes
  • 2 Tablespoonfuls of Butter
  • A Tablespoonful of Chopped Parsley
  • The Juice of a Lemon


Take six tomatoes and cut them in halves on the cross. Do not peel. Put them on the broiler and broil on a slow fire till tender. In about ten minutes they will be done. Put on a hot dish; put a little melted butter, a little chopped parsley and the juice of a lemon on each, and serve hot.
