  • Cupfuls of Flour
  • A Cupful of Sugar
  • ½ Cupful of Butter
  • The Whites of 4 Eggs
  • ½ Cupful of Milk
  • A Teaspoonful of Baking Powder
  • A Teaspoonful of Peach Extract


Cream the butter, add the eggs, beating the whites to a froth first, and mixing well. Add the milk, and gradually add the flour, blending thoroughly, and beating till very light. Add the Essence, and bake in a moderate oven for one hour.
