Cooking Easy-Cook, Cook-in-the-Fridge and Other Processed Rices

These are, almost by definition, sold in packets with instructions printed on them. Follow the instructions – different manufacturing processes lead to different products. Easy-cook rice is fine to accompany a meal, but may not be suitable for cooking by the methods required for risotto, paella, pilaf and other elaborated rice dishes.
