This is my version of the famous Korean beef dish, bulgogi. Bulgogi is always served with rice, either plain or as a Bibimbab. You can now buy, in many places, a special gadget for grilling the bulgogi, but I find it easier simply to fry the beef on a griddle with a very small amount of oil; that way, the meat is more juicy and succulent.
