These kebabs can be cooked in the oven, or grilled or broiled over charcoal or on a gas or electric grill. Serve them with brown rice or plenty of compressed rice, and one of the sauces.
The mooli/white radish cake can be made well in advance. Allowing 2 kebabs per person, you will need 8 or 12 long metal or bamboo skewers.
