This is a thoroughly modern recipe, for which I have to thank my friend Silvija Davidson. She tells me that Frambozen is a lambic wheat beer – ‘lambic’ meaning that it ferments spontaneously, without any added yeast – brewed near Brussels, and flavoured with raspberries.
