This is excellent with satay, and is specially recommended to those who don’t like, or want a change from, peanut sauce. It is also recommended with crunchy spring rolls, raw vegetables, and noodles.

Ingredients

  • 2–4 small chillies, de-seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 shallots, finely sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped (optional)

Method

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, and serve.
