  • 1 large pineapple
  • 1 apple, peeled and diced
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, cut fine
  • ½ cup strawberries, quartered
  • Oil or Cream Mayonnaise


Slice a piece from the side of a pineapple, (reserve this as a cover), and hollow out the other part. Have all ingredients ice cold and when ready to serve, mix with scooped out pineapple, cut in small pieces. Add Cream or Oil Mayonnaise. Fill in pineapple shell, using slice cut-off as cover.
