  • 6 slices of artichoke heart
  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 can c


The artichokes can be bought in cans or bottles.

Cover each piece of artichoke with Caviere, chopped onion and pimolas (stuffed olive), also chopped white of egg and the yolk put through a ricer, and cover with a thin Mayonnaise.
