  • Noodle Dough
  • 1 egg
  • 1 lb. lean raw beef, chopped fine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion juice


Roll Noodle Dough, into pieces inches square. Mix the meat with the egg and seasoning and place a teaspoon of this mixture on each square. Fold into three cornered pockets, pressing edges well together. Drop in boiling soup or salted water and boil 15 minutes.
