Ingredients

  • ¼ can mushrooms
  • 1 cup brown sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley

Method

Make Brown Sauce after and add to it the mushrooms, drained, rinsed and cut in quarters or slices, or make cup of Brown Sauce using 1 cup of mushroom liquid in place of the other liquid and add 1 teaspoon chopped parsley Serve hot over meat. Two tablespoons sherry wine improves flavor.
