  • 1 cup Brown sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sherry or Claret wine or vinegar
  • ½ small onion, chopped fine
  • 1 tablespoon each of capers and pickles, chopped


Make Brown Sauce, and while hot add the rest of the ingredients. Serve hot with beef.
