  • 1 cup cold cooked or canned salmon
  • ½ cup White Sauce

Method

Remove skin and bone from canned salmon, shred, and add 1 teaspoon lemon juice to White Sauce. Serve hot on toast.

Or, cook fresh fish after recipe for Boiled Fish, and add 1 teaspoon lemon juice to White Sauce. Serve hot.
