Ingredients

  • lbs. Halibut
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 cup White Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon onion, chopped
  • 1 cup strained tomatoes

Method

Boil and shred the fish following recipe. Make White Sauce. Add stewed and strained tomatoes and the onion and the pepper, chopped.

Pour this sauce over the fish and serve hot on toast.
