  • 2 tablespoons flour

Salt and pepper the liver to taste, then dredge with the flour. Heat the fat in a spider. Fry the slices until brown on both sides. Push the liver aside, add the onions, and let brown slightly, cover and let cook 10 to 15 minutes and serve with or without the onion-or pour over a Brown Sauce, using the gravy in the spider with hot water in place of other liqui
