Prepare Mayonnaise, slightly flavored with ham, thick Tomato Sauce, and Whipped Cream. Have Tomato Sauce hot and pour it boiling over the Mayonnaise, beating vigorously, and then set in ice water. Add the beaten cream and serve with Fish.
