  • Small solid white cabbage
  • 1 red pepper, shredded

Method

Remove the outside leaves of the cabbage and cut off stalks close to leaves. Cut out center with sharp knife. Place "Cabbage bowl" in cold or ice water for one hour, drain dry as possible. Shred remaining cabbage mix with equal parts of celery, moistened with Salad Dressing, or the potatoes and, refill cabbage. Turn back outer leaves of cabbage to resemble ope
