Potato Salad No. 2

• 1 qt. sliced potatoes
• 1 medium onion, cut fine
• 1 cup table

Mix the ingredients together lightly and tossing the Boiled Mayonnaise Dressing, No. 2, gently through it. Garnish as desired with pickles, beets or hard cooked eggs.
