  • 3 to 6 eggs, hard cooked
  • Mayonnaise Dressing
  • 1 beet boiled
  • Lettuce

Method

A pretty salad may be arranged upon small plates by bordering the plates with cress, parsley or lettuce leaves; dress with rich Mayonnaise, arrange thin slices of hard cooked egg and about the edge of each plate have small hearts cut from boiled beets, Cut beet in ¼ inch slices, then form with small vegetable cutter. The beets may be omitted.
