Cut cold, boiled or roasted chicken in thin slices and place between thin slices of buttered bread, or

Chop chicken and moisten with Mayonnaise or 190, or season with salt and pepper and moisten with cream or chicken gravy. Sprinkle with finely minced sweet green peppers.
