  • 1 cup butter
  • 6 large apples
  • 2 cups sugar


Roll out a Noodle Dough, as thin as possible. Cover with the butter, melted, sugar, apples chopped fine, raisins, lemon rind and juice. Roll like a jelly roll and bake well in a buttered pan 1½ hours. Baste often with sugar water.
