  • Fine noodles
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons grated almonds


Make fine Noodles after recipe. Boil in salted, boiling water 10 minutes. Place in colander, pour cold water over them and drain.

Separate the eggs, beat the yolks light with the sugar, add the salt, almonds and drained noodles and lastly, stiffly beaten whites. Pour into a well greased pudding dish, set dish in boiling water and boil 1½ hours.
