Make Kuchen Dough No. 1. Let rise. Toss on floured board, and mould into small, thick noodles or biscuits-place them in a closely covered iron kettle, with plenty butter at the bottom and not too close together. Let rise in a warm place and then pour over a cup of cold water, milk or prune juice, cover and place in a moderately hot oven and let cook until you
