Method

Soak raisins, citron, almonds and apples in the brandy over night; then add the rest of the ingredients. Turn into a buttered mould and cover or place in a well floured bag and steam from 4 to 8 hours, the longer the better. Good warmed over Serve with Brandy Sauce.
