Ingredients: ¼ lb. blanched almonds, cut fine; Rind of lemon, grated; 1 cup cream, beaten; ¼ cup washed currants; 3 eggs beaten separately; 1½ pints cheese (press dry and put through colander); ¼ cup butter (melt and add to cheese); 1 tablespoon cornstarch; ¾ cup sugar
