Ingredients

  • 1 yolk of egg
  • 3 tablespoons cream
  • Sugar and cinnamon

Method

Beat the yolks slightly, add the cream, mix well, spread well over top of Coffee Kuchen, sprinkle thickly with sugar and cinnamon, and add the almonds if desired. Let raise and bake. Use also with fruit Kuchens, dripping it over the fresh fruit before baking.
