Apple, Peach or Plum Pie or Kuchen

Cover a well greased oblong tin as thin as possible with raised Kuchen Dough, or with Cookie Dough. Core, pare and cut four or five apples in eighths. Lay them in parallel rows on top of the dough and sprinkle with sugar a
