Roll a piece of raised Kuchen Dough, Nos. 2 or 3, one inch thick on floured board, cut with biscuit cutter, and place close together in a buttered pan. Let rise until very light. Dip fingers in flour and make a cavity in center of each biscuit, and drop in a bit of jelly or preserves. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in hot oven.
