Kuchen Roll or Kugelhopf

• Kuchen Dough, No. 1 or 2
• ¼ cup seeded raisins
• ¼ cup melted butter<

Roll a piece of raised Kuchen Dough, quite thin, on floured board; brush well with melted butter, sprinkle well with sugar, add a little cinnamon and the raisins. Begin at one end and roll over and over into a long roll. Place in a well greased long, or round form with tube in center. Let rise to double its bulk and bake in a moderate oven until browned and th
