  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ½ cup almonds, cut fine
  • Grated lemon rind


Have butter cold and mix into crumbs, with flour and sugar, using finger tips. Sprinkle lightly over top of Blitz Kuchen Dough, No. 1, and if you wish add almonds and lemon rind. Then bake.
