  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • ½ lb.


Beat sugar and butter to a cream, add yolks, put cheese through a sieve, and add that and other ingredients and mix well and bake in buttered spring form in moderate oven until well set. When cool, ice with Chocolate Frosting. May be made in two layers.
