Ingredients

  • Murberteig
  • Whites 14 eggs
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 lb. blanched and grated almonds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method

Line sides and bottom of spring form with Murberteig. Beat whites of eggs very stiff, add sugar and beat again, until stiff and dry, add Vanilla and fold in the grated almonds.

Place the nut mixture in the dough lined spring form and bake 1 hour, in slow oven, and serve with Whipped Cream.
