Ingredients: 1 cup potatoes, boiled and riced; ½ cup of cream; 2 teaspoons baking powder; Rind of lemon; 1 teaspoon vanilla; ¼ teaspoon cinnamon; 4 yolks of eggs; 1½ cups of sifted flour; 1 cup of butter; 1 cup of almonds, grated; Beat 4 whites of egg; 1 cup of chocolate, grated; 2 cups of sugar; ¼ teaspoon cloves

Method

Cream the butter and sugar together, add one yolk of egg at a time, and the rest of the above ingredients, beaten whites lastly. Bake in spring form, moderate oven, forty-five minutes. Chocolate Frosting, on top.
