I find the combination of chocolate and lavender almost addictive, and there is now even a Belgian chocolate bar flavoured with lavender. Try these delicious biscuits as an alternative.

Ingredients

  • 125 g/generous 4 oz unsalted butter
  • 125 g/generous

Method

Cream the butter and sugar, and then beat in the egg, liquid and flour. Break up the chocolate and stir it, the almonds and the lavender into the mixture.

Flour your hands and scoop up walnut-size balls weighing about 15 g/½
