Nasturtium Mayonnaise

• 5 or 6 nasturtium flowers
• ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
• 25

Put the flowers in a mortar and grind with the salt, then stir into a bowl of home-made mayonnaise, which can be as garlicky as you like. You can also shred some small tender nasturtium leaves and stir them into the mayonnaise.
