This is a dessert for winter, when we have to rely on imported fruit. You can also make this with mango, pineapple and guava.

  • 75 ml/3 fl oz fresh orange juice

Method

This recipe needs to be started the day before you plan to serve it, as the dried apricots have to be soaked overnight in the orange juice and orange flower water.
