Ingredients

Orange and Almond Pastry

  • 100 g/4 oz unsalted butter, softened

Method

Mix the butter, sugar, almonds and seasoning until you have a soft mass. Work in the flour and egg, gather the pastry into a ball, cover it with cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
